Current Faction Leader: Aimi Shizuke
Members at Founding: Momo Shizuke, Raito Kaemeya, Chen Kyouya
Location: Planet Earth, United Earth Federation
About: The Galactic Confederation of Earth (GCE) is an organization founded by Momo Shizuke, the former President of Earth, and two of her advisers, Raito Kaemeya and Chen Kyouya. The GCE was introduced as a force sworn to protect Earth and help contribute to the peace the galaxy is currently in. The GCE is divided into two branches: the Offensive and the government and these two branches have groups within them. The Offensive is self-explanatory as it can be used as an umbrella term for anything related to defending the planet (ie police, navy, etc).
The offensive branch usually helps protect the city and fight those who go against the president's word and law alongside causing a disturbance or seen as a threat to the president's power. In other words, the offensive is more on the defense side; straightforward and right to the point.
The second branch, the government, more or less, deals with working with the planet as the whole, but also not excluded to working with other planets on whatever needs to be discussed. However, they still share a similar duty with the Offensive branch when it comes to keeping the planet in control and safe, except they'd be more discrete depending on what they're doing. The government branch is more likely to work closer to the president than the Offensive, but both branches still get enough attention from the president nonetheless.
The alignment of GCE has been questioned ever since Aimi has taken over as the new president. Many have seen her to be corrupt due to her runaway scandal. Some have even connected some inconsistent crimes to Aimi, as it was never known who committed them. Because of her theorized past and her position as president, many people saw the GCE as the enemy while others still rely on the organization for safety.

Government Branch
The Night: The Night are the moles of the planet. They act as the five senses of the president, bringing her any information that are deemed relevant from anything or any kind which regards to the planet or just things in general that would need special attention from the organization. They essentially keep the president's hands clean from dirty work.
- Members:
The Representatives: The Representatives is a four member group that is also self-explanatory on their duties. While they mainly deal with galactic businesses with other planets, they also help plan events and the likes for the planet to make the experience of living on this planet as eventful as possible.

Advisers: The advisers are those that help the president make plans of any sort, from battle to business with regards to the planet. They act as a substitute in the president's place in case the president isn't able to attend a meeting or make plans. Their word, like the president, is final. However, confirmation from the president may be needed.

The Mayors: The role of a mayor is simple and self-explanatory: they'll be able to have control over a city, but if they request a change or anything in regards to any idea they have in mind, they must either go through the advisers or the representatives first, and then to the president herself. (East City, West City, Central City, North City, South City and Jingle Village)

Final Words
"Well, would you look at that! You've made it to the end of this faction page. You know, not a lot of people actually make it to the end, most likely because they can't handle the true intention of what I have in mind for the organization my mother has made and left behind. It also explains why so many people are having suspicions that the GCE is against its own people on Earth. Well, let's just say they're not entirely wrong. I look for those who are strong-minded, loyal, intelligent, and powerful. One must be able to handle whatever comes to them, whether they like it or not. They must put their morality to the side and make sure that loyalty is in front of them. Failure to do so will result into getting kicked from the organization. You might also be held captive from knowing what's been told to you and the last thing we need is a filthy mole ruining our name for who we really are.
Anyway, if you want to join the GCE, I'll tell you one thing, it won't exactly be easy as you think. If you want to apply, you must schedule an appointment, preferably in the nighttime with either myself or one of my advisers and discuss about your intentions for this organization. Call it an interview, if you will. You may have to fight one of us to prove your strength if you plan to take a vital position. Whether or not this will be official in regards of a non-death enabled battle is still yet to be discussed. If you actually plan to join, great! We'll be able to contact you shortly (most likely within 24 hours). If not, I thank you for at least coming this far into reading what I have to say.
And remember one thing when it comes to the GCE:
We do not make fear an option, we make it a demand."
