When you decide to train under a Master, you can learn their various techniques. A Master's Iconic and Special techniques do not take up a tech slot. When you train with a Master, you must have had at least one thread with them where your characters meet. After that, you can begin learning. Keep in mind that you can only train under one Master at a time! If you abandon training with your Master, you must wait one month before training under a new one. Once you and your Master have decided to begin your training, your Master can put a thread up where you will learn the first technique on their list. You MUST learn the techniques in the order they are listed. In order for a thread to be counted as valid for the purposes of learning a technique, you must have a total of 2000 words written between all of your posts. Once you meet the threshold, post your training thread in the Staff To-Do List as normal. Once a staffer replies to your thread with the rewards you gain, you can add that technique to your sheet and begin using it.
The following posts have each of the available Masters and the techniques one can learn from them.
Technique 1; Jan-Ken Type: Physical Tech Cost: 25% ki Description: The user calls out "JAN-KEN" then either "gu" (rock), "choki", (scissors), or "pa" (paper), delivering a punch, poke to the eyes, or an open palm strike respectively. Due to the unpredictable nature of the technique, your opponent receives a decrease of -3 (scaling with the multiplier of a transformation, so -30 for a x10 for example) to their Dodge score to avoid the technique.
Technique 2: Turtle Style Last Resort Type: Support Tech Cost: 25% ki per post Description: You call forth lightning from your hands, shocking your target into submission. Making a tech attack as normal, they will remain unable to move for as long as you keep up the tech or until they score a roll of one or six on a six-sided die. This causes no damage.
Technique 3: Kamehameha Type: Energy Tech Cost: 20% ki Description: The user cups their hands at their side, sometimes calling out the name of the technique before throwing their palms forward, attacking their target with a beam of bluish-white energy.
Technique 4: Kienzan Type: Energy Tech Cost: 35% ki Description: The user raises one arm, their palm facing towards the sky. They move their palm around in a circle, conjuring a disc of energy before throwing it at the target, severing almost anything in its path. This attack can cut through barrier techs, making them effectively useless against it. In order to dodge, the target must use an afterimage or something similar. If this attack hits, roll 2 six-sided die. If the results are six and six, one and one, or one and six, the technique also severs a limb. (target's choice which one)
Technique 5: Super Kamehameha Type: Energy Tech Cost: 50% ki Description: The same as a regular Kamehameha, but the beam swells with power! An opponent struck with this technique takes double damage.
Technique 1; Solar Flare Type: Support Tech Cost: 30% ki Description: Calling out the technique's name, you cause any and all light sources in the area to shine brightly, causing blindness to everyone in the thread. You must make a single tech attack. All who would have been struck by the attack are stunned for one post, unable to do anything but rub their eyes to try and get their vision back.
Technique 2: Dodon-pa Type: Energy Tech Cost: 20% ki Description: You aim an extended index finger at the target, firing a thin beam of golden energy at them, sometimes calling out the attack's name.
Technique 3: Kikoho Type: Energy Tech Cost: 25% ki, 10% HP Description: You make a triangular shape with two of your hands, aiming the opening between your hands at your opponent. You then fire a diamond shaped blast of energy at them at the cost of your own ki and vitality. This move is special in the sense that you can take the required ki out of your HP instead, paying 35% of your HP if you do not have enough ki to use this technique.
Technique 4: Super Dodon-pa Type: Energy Tech Cost: 50% ki Description: The same as the Dodon-pa, but you fire a thicker beam out of your palm instead. This technique does double damage if it hits.
Technique 5: Shin Kikoho Type: Energy tech Cost: 50% ki, 25% HP Description: The most powerful technique in the Crane School arsenal. It works exactly the same as a Kikoho, but it stuns the target on a six-sided die roll that is an even number, rendering them incapable of performing any action for one post.

Technique 4: Special Beam Cannon Type: Energy Tech Cost: 30% ki Description: You put two fingers to your forehead, focusing energy into the tips. You can then fire this technique at the opponent, ignoring half of a barrier if it hits. If you spend two turns charging this technique, you ignore the barrier completely.
Technique 5: Hellzone Grenade Type: Energy Tech Cost: 50% ki Description: You fire a barrage of ki blasts around your opponent, trapping them in a cage of energy. The user then commands the ki blasts to converge on the enemy in a devastating attack. This attack is unavoidable except via an afterimage, barrier tech, or something similar.
Technique 1; Galick Gun Type: Energy Tech Cost: 20% ki Description: The user charges up intense purple energy in their palms, throwing them forward towards the opponent in a brilliant display of power.

Technique 3: Super Galick Gun Type: Energy Tech Cost: 50% ki Description: Same as the regular Galick Gun, but it deals double damage to targets on a hit.
Technique 4: Final Flash Type: Energy Tech Cost: 75% ki Description: The user holds both of their arms out wide, charging their power to its maximum before bringing their palms together and unleashing a massive beam of golden energy that obliterates all in its path. On a hit, this technique does triple damage.
Technique 5: Final Explosion Type: Energy Tech Cost: 100% ki and HP Description: A great sacrificial technique. By spending all of your ki and all of your HP, you can unleash a violent explosive wave-style attack. You will be killed instantly, but you will do an extra 50% damage, plus an extra 5% for every point of HP and Ki spent.
Technique 1; God Breaker Type: Energy Tech Cost: 20% ki Description: The user stops an opponent's attack, then counters with an explosive energy attack. Roll a six-sided die and subtract the amount from your opponent's attack. If this causes the attack to miss, you successfully block it and fire a ki blast at the opponent for the total of your energy tech damage score.
Technique 2: Energy Weapon Type: Utility Tech Cost: N/A Description: Enables the user to make any kind of melee weapon out of their ki such as a sword or an axe.
Technique 3: Shining Sword Attack Type: Physical Tech Cost: 40% ki Description: The user vanishes and reappears behind the opponent, then slashes the opponent down the middle, following up with a series of quick slashes punctuated by an energy blast. This attack is quite capable of taking a target by surprise, causing them to take a -3 (scaled for transformations, so -30 for a x10 for example) to their dodge score to avoid this technique.
Technique 4: Divine Lasso Type: Physical Tech Cost: 50% ki Description: You deliver two quick slashes to the opponent, following up by firing dozens of energy needles from your blade that pierce the opponent before exploding in a brilliant display. You can target up to two targets with this technique.
Technique 5: Power Ball Type: Special Tech Cost: 50% ki Description: By giving up half of your ki, you can fire a blutz wave generating ball of ki into the sky, triggering the Oozaru transformations of all tailed Saiyans in the same thread you are in.
Technique 1; Death Beam Type: Energy Tech Cost: 25% ki Description: Aiming a finger at your opponent, you can fire a thin beam of purple energy at high speeds, granting you a +3 (scaled for transformations, so +30 for x10 transformations) to your NRG score for the purposes of boosting your tech attack score due to the sheer speed the tech travels at. This boost does not apply to damage.
Technique 2: Crazy Finger Beam Type: Energy Tech Cost: 35% ki Description: You fire several bullets of purple energy at your opponent. The pain this tech causes is so great that your opponent is stunned for one post while they recover.
Technique 3: Imprisonment Ball Type: Support Tech Cost: 35% ki per post Description: The user fires a ball of psychokinetic energy at the opponent, trapping them in the ball for as long as they wish to keep the attack up. During this time, the trapped target is considered to have a Dodge score of 0. They can roll a six-sided die on their turns if they wish, breaking out of the ball on a 1 or 6.
Technique 4: Death Ball Type: Energy Tech Cost: 45% ki Description: The user charges a ball of black energy on the tip of the finger, red electricity crackling around it. When fired at a planet, it does double damage if not stopped. (this damage to planets becomes tripled with the Changelings' Planet Buster boon)
Technique 5: Supernova Type: Energy Tech Cost: 75% ki Description: The user conjures a ball of red and orange energy the size of a small moon on the tip of their finger. This does double damage to targets and triple damage to planets. (this damage to planets becomes quadrupled with the Changelings' Planet Buster boon)
