Here is a list of every Special and Iconic technique in the game and who it is owned by. To learn these techniques, you must apply in your tech application thread if you want to add an iconic technique to the game. If the technique has an owner, you must learn it from them in a thread that spans at least two full pages.
Kamehameha
Cost: 20% Ki
Type: Energy Tech
Description: The legendary technique of the Turtle School. After calling out the attack's name, you can fire forth a beam of bluish-white energy from your palms. If you have at least one hand free, you can perform this technique.
Requirements: Turtle School training
Galick Gun
Cost: 20% Ki
Type: Energy Tech
Description: A technique used for over a thousand years by Saiyan royalty. The Saiyans of planet Vegeta use this technique as a badge of office for Saiyan monarchy and those close to them.
Requirements: Training under the Saiyan monarch
Kikoho
Cost: 25% ki per use
Type: Energy Tech
Description: The most powerful technique in the Crane School arsenal. By holding one's hands together in a triangle, you can unleash a powerful ki blast. At the cost of one's own vitality, this technique is capable of devastating effects. You must spend 10% of your HP on top of the cost in ki of 25% to use this attack, and the damage is increased by the same amount of HP you spend. (10% health = 10% increased damage for example) Enemies cannot act on their next post after they are struck by a Kikoho. Be careful, prolonged use of the technique can lead to death.
Requirements: Crane School training.
Kienzan
Cost: 50% ki
Type: Energy Tech
Description: A Turtle School technique of great power. Unleashes a ki disk that does double damage to barriers and other blocking techniques and has a chance of severing an opponent's arm or leg (target's choice).
Requirements: Turtle School training.
Final Flash
Cost: 50% Ki
Type: Energy Tech
Description: A powerful beam technique wielded by the Saiyans. It can be charged for incredible damage. You can charge this technique for a maximum of five posts instead of three, but the charge is 35% in extra damage instead of 50%.
Requirements: Training under the Saiyan monarch.
Final Explosion
Cost: 100% HP, Ki
Type: Energy Tech
Description: A great sacrificial technique. By spending all of your ki and all of your HP, you can unleash a violent explosive wave-style attack. You will be killed instantly, but you will do an extra 50% damage, plus an extra 5% damage for every point of HP and Ki spent.
Requirements: Training under the technique's owner. If no owner; you must apply for the technique.
Dragon Fist
Cost: 60% Ki
Type: Physical Tech
Description: With a powerful punch, you call forth a golden dragon that holds foes in place and prevents them from acting for two posts. You have a 20% chance of piercing the opponent, causing them to bleed for 5% HP per post for five posts.
Requirements: Training under the technique's owner.
Power Ball
Cost: 25% Ki
Type: N/A
Description: A Saiyan's best friend, rediscovered by the Saiyan Super Elite Corps. By paying 25% of your ki, you can cast a ball of blutz waves into the sky, acting as an artificial moon and triggering the Oozaru transformations of all tailed Saiyans that are in range that can see it.
Requirements: Training under the Saiyan General.
