History: Krahno was born 23 years ago on the planet Krude having been raised on a planet full of technology and harsh cold weather. His forefathers had passed down the knowledge of how to make different machinery and tech for his planet something his race has had for ages but Krahno was one of the many that was inventive like the rest as he had helped form new tech from the previous tech they already had. Despite his inventive ideas though not many were accepted as many others were already as inventive as he was. Seeking a new way to apply his research and inventions he traveled to a planet called Earth for his new home.

The user makes a sphere of ice energy and fires it at the foe.
Ice Needles:
Type: Physical Tech
Cost: 20% ki
The user makes spikes of ice to impale targets. These spikes can be projected in mid-air or created from the ground creating a trail of needles.
Freezing Fist:
Cost: 30% ki
The user fires a wave of freezing air at the foe freezing them solid for two posts on a hit. A frozen character is considered to have a Dodge score of 0. On the frozen character's post, they can attempt to break out by rolling a six-sided die, breaking out on a roll of 1 or 6.
Support Techniques
Ice Healing:
Type: Support
Cost: 25% ki
The user can heal themselves or others by using ice, restoring an amount of HP equal to the user's MND score x3.
Ice Field:
Type: Support
Cost: 25% ki
The user uses freezing air to create a barrier of jagged ice that freezes any opponent that touches it, making it useful when surrounded by enemies. The barrier has an amount of HP equal to the user's remaining Ki, and can be damaged like a person through normal attacks or tech attacks, though it is considered to have a Dodge score of 0. As long as the barrier has HP, those inside of it are unable to be damaged by attacks coming from the outside.

Flight: Using Ki allows the user to fly.
