Unbeknownst to Noino and most others, she is only a Half Saiyan. Although she lives her life instead of believing the lies she was told at a young age when she asked the question of her heritage. The story she was told was that her full-blooded Saiyan Mother was another important diplomat for the Saiyan race but she had been killed shortly after Noino’s birth. However, in fact, this is completely untrue as Noino’s mother was a human and her father was, alone, a full-blooded Saiyan. A meeting that happened during an unexpected trip to Earth, after a ship malfunction one day and ended with Noino’s mother getting pregnant.
Noino was born and grew up on Planet Vegeta aside her great father, Totoma, who was High Lord Marshal of the Saiyan Forces and was often busy with business and would have little time to care for young Noino. However, even though she wasn’t nurtured as a child, she still idolized her father and thought of him as a great hero and warrior for the Saiyans. As Noino grew and after her eighth birthday, she was giving a royal-class education as well as a series of combat training which lasted for a total of ten years. She learned a lot of a variety of powerful Saiyan warriors and would be disciplined if she did something wrong. Although, she still kept her ‘human-like’ kindness for the world, much unlike that of the brutish Saiyans. In fact, she preferred not to kill nor to fight unless necessary, although she kept this fact to herself and away from the battlefield knowing it would merely lead to her expulsion from the planet.
After completing her ten years of training and education, Noino succeeded her father as the next High Lord Marshal of the Saiyan Forces. Her father fell back to the sidelines as Noino took command, albeit her cute appearance - didn’t get too much attention or loyalty until she put her foot down to prove that she was a capable force to be dealt with.
